Losing Hope (Hopeless book 2) Colleen Hoover

In Hopeless, Sky left no secret unearthed, no feeling unshared and no memory forgotten, but Holder’s past remains a mystery.
He is haunted by the little girl he let walk away from him and he has spent his entire life searching for her. He had hoped that he would finally gain closure and be able to rid himself of his guilt the moment they were reconnected. But he could not have anticipated that the exact opposite would occur and even more guilt and regret would be thrust upon him.
Sometimes in life, if we wish to move forward we must first dig deep into our past and make amends with it. In Losing Hope, readers will learn what was going on inside Holder’s head during all those moments that left him feeling hopeless and see whether he can perhaps gain the peace he desperately needs.

In this book you get Holders’s/Dean’s story, not just his point of view of sky’s story in Hopeless, but the events before with Holders twin sister Les. Even if you have read Hopeless, although part of the story is the same, you dont feel like you’ve been there done that, there’s a whole new spin on the previous book.

You read this book and just think HOLY HELL!!!!!!
Hopeless had me in such a emotional tizzy, i didnt think it could happen again, but WOW, Colleen has outdone her self.
This book is perfection, and such a wonderful insight into Holder, how he feels, reacts to situations, it all becomes so clear. I so loved Holders letters to Les, the way he found a way to cope and vent his emotions and feelings by talking to his twin, it brings a lump to your throat.
This is one of those books were you feel every emotion and you will be needing the tissues to mop up the tears in know time.
Losing hope, along with Hopeless is one of those books that doesnt just leave you as soon as the last word is read, you will be thinking about it long after its finished, you will wake up feeling like you know Holder so much better, and feel like you’ve taken every step with him through this journey.
Hopeless is a fantastic book but Losing hope completes the reading experience.
Colleen Hoover writes such emotionally beautiful stories full of heart, soul, devastation, loss, and most of all Hope.
This book along with Hopeless makes you feel, a must read truly outstanding writing.
