The Submissive (Book 1-The Submissive Trilogy) -Tara Sue Me

Abby King has a secret fantasy. New York knows Nathaniel West as the brilliant and handsome CEO of West Industries, but Abby knows he’s more: a sexy and skilled dominant that is looking for a new submissive. Yearning to experience a world of pleasure beyond her simple life as a librarian, Abby offers herself to Nathaniel, to fulfill her most hidden desires. After only one weekend with the Master, Abby knows she needs more, and fully submits to Nathaniel’s terms. But despite the pleasure he takes in Abby’s willing spirit, the Nathaniel hidden behind the rules remains cold and distant. As Abby falls deeper into his tantalizing world of power and passion, she fears that Nathaniel’s heart may be beyond her reach – and that her own might be beyond saving…

I had to read this book in one sitting, couldnt put it down the story is gripping.
This book is so well written, from Abby’s point of view.
Abigial is such a great character you feel her desires, her wants, her emotions.
Nathaniel believes himself to be cold and without a heart he keeps himself detached and uses his dominant side to cover the fact that no can have his heart. He is the Dom in control.

The BDSM aspect of the story wasnt gone into in great detail as Nathaniel is still training Abigail, but what there is i must say is done well, the sex scenes are smoldering and erotic.

I love the fact that Abby and Nathaniel are flawed in there own way, but together they make each other that little bit stronger. The emotion that comes through the characters in there relationship is lovely, you feel the connection between them, even though Nathaniel fights it!.
I feel like i wanted more so i could understand the characters better, i have questions? lol.
There are aspects of the book that are like 50 Shades and the Crossfire books, but i found it very enjoyable in its own right, and will be reading the next book for sure, looking forward to reading the next book.
