Will Montgomery is a successful professional football player and seemingly has it all. He’s not used to being told no, and certainly doesn’t take no for an answer. So when he turns his charms on his sister’s sexy rocker-chick friend Meg, he’s not only turned down, but met with open hostility, piquing his curiosity and libido. He’s determined to show her that he’s not the arrogant jock she thinks he is, and to get her into his bed.
Megan McBride is not impressed with Will Montgomery, his fat contract, fancy car, or his arrogant public persona. She doesn’t have time for a relationship, and if she’s learned anything in life, it’s that loving means losing, so she guards her heart ferociously. But she can’t deny the overwhelming attraction to the sexy, tattooed athlete, and when Will starts breaking down her defenses and grabs hold of her heart, will she be able to admit her feelings for him, or will her troubled past cause her to lose the first man she’s ever truly loved?
This has got to be my favorite With me in Seattle book so far!
Each book you get a hot couple working there way together with snippets of the couples from previous books so you feel like your continuing the journey through the lives of friends and family, keeping up to date with how there doing.
Will is hot as hell, and has some smoldering lines that will leave you gasping for breath, such as
“I want to slowly undress you and taste every delectable inch of you. I want you squirming and wet.”
We get some more of the story in the book told by the male lead Will POV and i loved that, i love getting the males perspective in a story.
Megan wants nothing to do with the famous Will Montgomery, she has trust issues, so this story had me gripped. Im glad that Megan and Leo made the peace.
The chemistry between Will and Megan is fire starting they are just so hot together. The sex scenes for these two are the best in the series in my opinion.
Chapter 21 will stand out for me forever, tears streaming down my face my sides hurting from laughing, these stories are sad at times then funny full of a great mix of emotions.
I am so looking forward to reading Leo and Sams story.
