Sometimes in love, you choose wrong…
Eight years ago, Lennon lost his heart to Rain, and suddenly she’s back, all grown up and sexy as hell. At a sorority party, he convinces himself that outbidding every other guy for a body shot from Rain is for charity. But he knows better. He doesn’t want any guy, except him, tarnishing the memory of the little girl he proposed to in fifth grade.
Jinx loves Lennon and is past ready for him to make his move. With his sexual prowess, she worries why he hasn’t made any advances. She fears she is losing him, and the only way to keep him is to overcome her past and give him what he desires.
Rain knows Lennon is trouble. If she couldn’t say no to the gangly boy asking her to skateboard off some roof, how will she refuse Lennon’s seductive powers now that he is a man? Rain has many reasons to resist his charm. He has a girlfriend, he’s moving to LA with her, and Rain has no intention to march in the long parade of Lennon Tyler conquests.
Now, Lennon must choose. Someone has to lose, and that person could be him.
I didnt think this next book could top Lennon’s Jinx, but holy hell Chris has done it. Lennon’s Rain blew me away it full of raw emotions, hot as hell sex scenes.
Chris writes with such honest reality that has you absorbed from the very first page.
I love the whole twist up with this trilogy, most series/trilogy type book follow one couple for all 3 books, Chris Myers gives us the love life of one guy and the girls he falls in love with throughout his life.
Chris writes in such a way you desperately want Lennon to be with each girl, i loved his relationship with Jinx and i really wanted them to work out, but then you start Lennon’s Rain and then you see they just are not right for each other, so you want him to be with Rain.
Lennon is caught between Jinx and Rain, Jinx being his girlfriend of 3 months, things are going good slow but good, Rain being the love of his life from 5th grade.
Rain is the girl who broke his heart eight years ago , the one he has never gotten over.
Jinx has trust issues and she seems to be the one pushing Lennon away when she turns to Ex instead of Lennon.
Rain is a great character, fun-loving and cute, feisty as all get out, but her home life as a child was very sad, which makes her vulnerable at times. Trey is a great side kick to Rain they are so funny together, and there friendship is so beautiful.
Even though Lennon is with Jinx there’s an immediate sexual attraction that neither Lennon or Rain can deny. So as Jinx steps away, Lennon finds the pull towards Rain too much to deny.
The sex in this book is really hot and is stepped up a notch from the last book, the video shoot for Make love to me was soo very steamy.
This is such a great love triangle that keeps you thinking is that the right choice, did you really want to do that, Rain and Lennon compliment each other so well, they need to be together.
Your on the edge of you seat till the end, and im in love with these two please let Lennon and Rain be together, but then there is the next book Lennon’s Hope, will Hope be another girlfriend? what about Rain?, so many questions. I cannot wait for Lennon’s Hope but then i kind of do want to wait because then there will be no more Lennon, the thought just makes me sad.
