In the end, a sacrifice must be made. A life for a life. For what better way to cover a multitude of sins than with the blood of a sinner . .

I cannot tell you how many different emotions have run through me while reading this book. I thought book one rocked my world but Elect has blown it out of the water, its full of crazy angst filled events pain ridden moments and just the most frickin amazing story ever.

So im taking a deep breath right now because im still reeling from this book. This book is told from Chase, Nixon and Phoenix’s point of view and didnt that just put the icing on the cake i love a book from a guy’s POV.

I dont like giving away spoilers in my reviews but let me tell you this book is one giant puzzle unfolding before your eyes as you read, and every time another puzzle piece clicks into place your stress levels go up as the pace ratchets up some more, but as you get all the pieces in place you just like OMG!!!

22% in when Nixon is talking to Chase and Trace about them pretending to be a couple and making it look more real, the tears were streaming, 50% in and i was proper ugly crying let me tell you it wasnt pretty people. Grab the chocolate or ice cream or what ever gets you through emotional moment because your going to need lots of it, oh and tissues lots of tissues.

The whole love triangle in this book is written so very well, love triangle’s usually drive me nuts, but this one really touched me deep down, we had two men that would literally die for Trace they love her that much, no joke. So beautiful i just love the dynamics of this book.

Elect has it all drama, pain, secrets, mafia, love, and finally happiness, yey!.

Hot damn the last lines of this book have you on the edge of your seat for the next book, i want it so bad, now that’s going to be one hell of a story line!
Rachel Van Dyken has totally made me a wreck for most of today reading Elect, but i have enjoyed every second of it so i thank her šŸ™‚
