FOUR WILDE BROTHERS…ONE WILDE COUNTRY BAND
Tucker Wilde joined the United States Army right out of high school and was injured in Iraq. But more than just his leg was shattered in the Middle East. The war also crushed his spirit and damaged his soul. When a strange couple arrives at his family’s bar, Haymakers, Tucker can see signs of mental and emotional abuse and is immediately drawn to the lovely but fragile girl seated at his bar.
Gracie Parker has been a victim of abuse her entire life. When her boyfriend, Dex, beats her in the parking lot of Haymakers and abandons her, it’s almost too much for the nineteen-year-old to bear. That is until Tucker appears like a warrior knight from the darkness to save her.
Tucker and Gracie are two broken people who are immediately drawn together. But their relationship and even their very lives are threatened by Dex who will stop at nothing to get Gracie back.
If you like your trucks loud, your beer cold and your men hot…you’ll love THE WILDE ONE.

This is the second book in this series, this time we get to know Tucker and it really pulls at the heart strings.
I loved the glimpses of Tucker we got in the last book, you could tell he was struggling, that he has a darkness the holds him back, but you can tell there is a good man underneath the hard intense exterior? This kind of character really appeals to me.
Tucker is working in the bar he owns with his brothers one night when in walks a evil man Dex and a very broken girl Gracie.
Dex treats Gracie like property he tells her what to eat and drink and when she can do it, this gets Tucker on alert right from the start.
Gracie has been a victim of abuse all her life, she’s only nineteen but she cant take anymore.
These two broken souls are drawn to each other. But Dex isn’t going to let Gracie go easily, and so the plot is built.
These books are such a easy read they flow fast and the story draws you in. As the books are written in both hero and heroines POV I feel you get the full story, it’s as though your living it along with the characters.
The sex scenes in this book are sensual and sexy but they have this beautiful quality to them because of what Gracie endured before she met Tucker. The things Tucker say to Gracie when they are together, the way he treats her. Tucker is this great big intimidating man and Gracie is small and fragile but he cares for her needs first. The way Tucker describes the salt and pepper pots as a likeness for them as a couple is just so cute.
There is a element of insta love in these books but like Tucker says “when a Wilde brother falls, he falls hard and fast” and I just love it.
I’m really eager to get to read Hunter and Jake’s stories. I’m loving this series.
