Timing is everything.
A fraction of a second, one altered course, one note — change her life forever.
It’s not often that I write a review like this, but this book disappointed me so much. From about half way through i was loosing the will to live and had to force myself to keep reading, I had to accept the fact that this book wasn’t for me.
There was no spark to this book whether it was between the two main characters or the plot itself.
I simply couldn’t connect with the characters, they were so one dimensional, all sweet and agreeable so very happy and in love, so the words said but i didnt feel any of it.
I also didn’t feel the pain Hallie went through at a tragic point in the book, the plot just kind of skipped through it all like in bullet points. The book lacked detail and I think it was simply rushed.
The blurb had so much promise and i really wanted it to be great but i just didnt feel it, i have read this book as part of a book tour so i find myself faced with reading the second book in this series next, lets see if it can be any better.
